 Integrative Breath Therapy uses elements of Psychotherapy, Somatic and Body Centered Therapy. Reichian processes, stress management, emotional release work, movement therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Energy Therapy, Inner Child healing, Guided Imagery and breath work to help bring about positive change in one's life.

What do I need to know about experiencing an Integrative Breath Session? 

By increasing your ability to breathe fully, you will make major improvements in your physical, mental and emotional functions. Each session will start with the intention of the client which directs the energy of the whole session. 

To ensure you are comfortable wear clothes you can move in easily. If you feel you would like to bring your own blanket for the session feel free to do so. (although blankets are supplied) You may experience the following things in your session:

Polarity Therapy is a system of holistic healing based on the principle of the natural flow of life energy (chi or prana) in the body's energetic field.
