Join us for a deeply nurturing breathwork journey designed to help you reconnect with the Divine Feminine – The intuitive, creative, powerful essence that already lives within you.
Throughout our lives, many of us have been conditioned by family, culture and community to limit or suppress this part of ourselves. These patterns can create blocks that dim our creativity, intuition and sense of our inner freedom. This day is not about being a woman this for all of us. We all have this aspect within us. In this immersive workshop, we will gently release these old layers through Conscious Connected Breathing, opening space for a fuller expression of your Divine Feminine Wisdom.

This introductory day will guide you into the practice of Conscious Connected Breathing and help you begin dissolving the blocks that keep your creative energy from flowing freely.

Starting Sunday, June 21st – Ending August 2nd
You are invited to continue your journey in a deeply transformative seven-week exploration of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies within. This program is designed to support balance, healing, and creative flow by working intentionally with the chakra system.
Each week, we will focus on a different chakra and intention, gently uncovering patterns that may have held you back. Through guided practices, you will learn how to ground into the balance of each chakra, release energetic blocks, and reconnect with your innate creative power. This journey supports you in cultivating harmony between your inner feminine and masculine energies—allowing the Holy Union within to unfold naturally.
You will receive weekly audio lessons to listen to at your own pace, along with supportive resources to integrate the teachings into your daily life. Dedicated live Q&A sessions provide space for reflection, questions, and deeper understanding as you move through each layer of the journey.
Throughout the seven weeks, we will explore:
Understanding the theme and energetic qualities of each chakra
Identifying blockages and learning how to gently clear them
Breathing into healing by using conscious breath and intention with each chakra
Embracing the unique power and wisdom held within each energy center
Sound clearing, color awareness, and embodied exercises to support release
Creating from a balanced and integrated system
Guided meditations for each chakra
Each week, you will receive teachings, practices, and experiential exercises to bring into your everyday life. Every Sunday marks the beginning of a new chakra, with lessons delivered directly to you. Every other Wednesday, we will gather live for questions and answers, offering support and clarity around the chakra and intention being explored.
Each chakra holds a unique energetic imprint that influences how we experience ourselves and the world. This program offers the opportunity to work with those energies consciously, creating greater alignment, balance, and wholeness from within.

For empaths and highly sensitive individuals, the world can often feel overwhelming. You may find yourself absorbing emotions, energies, and experiences that are not your own, leaving you feeling depleted or ungrounded. This day-long experience is designed to offer gentle support, practical tools, and a safe space to reconnect with yourself.
Together, we will explore ways to ground your energy, strengthen your sense of self, and begin embracing the beauty of who you are—without carrying the weight of others’ emotions. This is an invitation to move through the world with greater clarity, balance, and ease.
Through guided practices and experiential learning, you will gain resources you can return to again and again, helping you feel more centered and resilient in your daily life.
During this experience, we will explore:
Creating personal rituals for grounding, protection, and healing
Connecting with your Higher Self for guidance and support
Simple, in-the-moment practices to recenter and discern what is yours and what belongs to others
Learning to recognize where you are energetically and noticing subtle shifts in your field
Breathing and releasing techniques, and understanding how and why they work

Whether you are completely new to meditation or have practiced before, this weekend meets you exactly where you are. You will be guided into deeper awareness, presence, and connection, leaving you feeling renewed, grounded, and aligned.
Research continues to show the many benefits of meditation—from reduced stress and improved well-being to enhanced emotional regulation and greater self-awareness. This weekend is your opportunity to experience those benefits directly, while learning tools you can take with you long after our time together.
Through guided experiences and experiential practices, you will begin to cultivate positive changes not only within yourself, but also in how you show up in your life and environment.

Learn the power of the breath. This workshop teaches how we can achieve the peace, connectedness, and health through the breath. You will learn circular breathing that helps to release emotions and stress. This work goes deep to get down to what is really the cause of things. If you want a tool to use in your daily life this is it.
