With over 15 years of experience working with sensitives, she loves watching individuals step into their lives brighter, happier, and full of excitement. Sarah understands that healing from trauma and overcoming blocks can positively impact not only the individual but also their family, friends, and community.

Specializing in transpersonal coaching, Sarah holds a Master of Education in Counseling and Marriage Family Therapy from the University of Akron. She is an expert hypnotherapist with over a decade of training at the Wellness Institute and Delphi University of Spiritual Studies. Additionally, she received training at the Institute of Holistic Health Careers in Ayurvedic medicine and Polarity. Sarah has developed a unique holistic approach for her clients, incorporating transpersonal tools, hypnotherapy, trauma therapy, Quantum Human Design, Breathwork, EFT, and spiritual bodywork, including Polarity, Craniosacral Therapy, and Lotus Flower Healing.

From a young age, Sarah was an intuitive channel, believing everyone had her ability to see beyond the physical realm. Supported by her spiritual team, she felt connected to a higher purpose. However, during her school years, she began to realize she was different and felt pressured to suppress her gifts to fit in with family and friends. This led her down a dark and disconnected path.

Years of feeling alone and empty culminated in a profound spiritual awakening after her sister's death. Archangel Gabriel's visitation reminded Sarah of her true purpose. From that moment, she reconnected with her intuitive skills and committed herself to her destined path. She changed careers, embarked on a deep healing journey, and created the transformative work she now offers to others. Sarah is deeply committed to making the world a better place by helping others heal and embrace their true selves.
